I love their method of eating some, then changing the flavor profile halfway through by adding their house vinegar. Once you've eaten all the noodles, they conveniently serve you a scoop of rice to finish off the rest of the sauce 🤌🏼

Cool coffee house in DTLA that has character rather than many of the cold sterile feeling fancy ones (that i do frequent). Blackie, the owner, seems cool AF! They have crafted coffee that feels more down to earth and pure, plus the camel milk cortado was really good! Make sure to check out the manifesto by Blackie on the tables.
