Report non-consensual or intimate imagery
If an intimate image or video of you has been shared on Photerra without your consent, you can request its removal here. We comply with the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act and respond within 48 hours of a valid request. You don't need a Photerra account to submit.
How this works
- You submit this form — including the URL(s) on Photerra where the content appears and a brief explanation.
- The 48-hour review window starts at submission. A confirmation email goes to the address you provide; clicking the link verifies your contact email but does not change the deadline.
- Our Trust & Safety team reviews and acts within 48 hours — typically removal of the reported content. We'll email you when the case is resolved.
- We retain reports. Submissions are kept for legal compliance even after the content is removed.
Who can submit
Either the depicted individual, or an authorized agent acting on their behalf (e.g. an attorney, or a parent/guardian of a depicted minor).
If the content depicts a minor under 18: please also use NCMEC's Take It Down — a free service from NCMEC that can coordinate removal across multiple platforms at once. We treat such reports with the highest priority on our end.
