What gets deleted

  • Your account — profile, email, phone, login credentials.
  • Your content — posts, photos, spots, itineraries, comments, likes, follows.
  • Your media files — profile photo and all images you uploaded, removed from our storage.
  • Your devices — push notification tokens for every device you signed in on.
  • Your sessions — all refresh tokens revoked, signing you out everywhere.
  • Sign in with Apple — if you signed up via Apple, we revoke the SIWA grant so Photerra disappears from Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple.

What we may retain

  • Audit logs showing your account existed and was deleted (no PII), kept for legal compliance.
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics with no link back to you personally.
  • Content other users copied — if another user added one of your photos to their own trip via the share/copy feature, that copy belongs to them and is not deleted.

How fast?

We aim to process web deletion requests within 30 days. The in-app Delete Account button is immediate; this form requires us to verify ownership before processing, which takes longer.
